    Doesn’t make sense 24% at $240M values AVZ at $1B USD current market cap is circa $3B USD. This is a dilution of shareholder value. If they renegotiated a stake 24% at current price that would equate to $750M USD which would be enough to fund the project to 10 MTPA… less hope the delay in executing the Transaction Implementation Agreement relates to some logic along these lines…
