Well we have yet to receive news on this. But i Agree, circumstances have changed while CATL have delayed and money talks. If i was Nigel I would be speaking to Elon and getting something going as a fall back or even to get CATL to hurry up.. CATL do have a deal with Tesla so this could complicate things.
If we dont get commitment from CATL by the expiry of this latest 30 day extension then i would be on the phone to Elon May 1st 12:01am..
