No takeover by Tesla rather a tripartite agreement involving CATH indirectly with AVZ.
Tesla are not in the lithium hydroxide business and CATL/ Yibin already supply Tesla with end product batteries.
A 10mtpa start up could include another 1 or 2 further off take agreements indirectly supplying Tesla through CATH.
Remember Yibin / CATH have rights to 50% of the life of the mine which appears now a start up of 10mtpa .
Such infrastructure put in could be scaled up to meet additional demand.
I would be watching Bosch involvement in the DRC as value adding in the DRC is now a priority .ALL IMO
