The truth is from what’s been advertised it’s obvious the drc want to secure as much as the lifecycle as possible to benefit their people. Evident from the conversation between Cath and president luring them to open a facility in country. No doubt numbers to be crunched and further sez agreements to be detailed on the back of this conversation. With AVZ being the key strategic puzzle piece I don’t see the ml being awarded until the other aspects are underway as no doubt any sez agreements etc all trickle down in partnership. Drc are making a huge political and economic move to prosper their country. That doesn’t happen quickly and we all may be short sighted as just ‘award our ml’ already but logically it just doesn’t happen like that. Patient holders will be rewarded.
