How she hasnt signed it allready is beyond me ,, FTO approved ,everything above board and all boxes ticked so issuing the license should be a formality which should take minutes to accomplish .Im all for having patience but these guys and gals are starting to take the piss .
The battery plant build will be an interesting one to watch, i think they might need Elons help on that front .
