Just my assumption that its been affected by the lockdown as banking regulators may not be at work. Or rather people that need to make the transfer happen can't work due to lockdown.
Might as well be what Nova suggested that they may be delaying it.
Would be good if AVZ mention what was causing the delay or requirement for extension. But I understand in most cases you can't said too much.
