    I've cleared some funds to buy sub $1 - can see it getting there early next week with the DRC government dragging their heels on the ML. Nigel may have to get the ML approved through court order.

    Shorts in full control of the SP. When aggregate shorts catch up to today's trading I'm anticipating roughly 150 million short and climbing.
