In my view, I don't think we will see ML approval and CATH fulfilling their agreement by way of transferring the money tomorrow. Like I said before earlier in March. I can't see this happening until June or July this year.

Of course, with DRC and CATH dragging their feet. I rather see a new cornerstone investor than CATH. Just hope AVZ has a backup but doubt this is the case as they don't have a good track record either. Without the financial secure, it is quite likely that the Minister can reject the ML which may be what the CATH is hoping for.
