So basically 6 weeks from the 13th April assuming a 5-day week. That means granting of the Exploitation Permit (ML) some time before 25th May, at which time AVZ/Dathcom has the "right to appeal". If the Minister wanted to hold this up then this could drag on for ??? I hope not, but prepare to be tested...
