Bugseye - it's an EPC model right - so should be pretty straight forward. Would be interesting how much is stick built vs modular. The later is usually faster but relies on timely logistics supplies and excellent QA/QC...
I work in construction and where there is profit on the line - production goes faster. I also would be interested in the security arrangements for the project materials and construction site proper....
