    yeah I fully understand there are delays with these things.
    But just say that CATH want the surety of the ML and have communicated to AVZ that the money will be transferred once ML is granted and that all other conditions have been met.
    Otherwise we just guessing and giving the trolls and shorters ammo IMO.
