If have paid some more attention at 2% and done additional research ... I have sat up @ 4% and taken notice and I still see no reason for it other than shorter speculation and a lack of research on their part.

On the contrary its is great entry point FA wise and TA wise to go long IMHO. Shorts are taking a very risky trade right now IMO. But you go ahead and short away...

Your whole premise for lower prices is a indefinite delay on ML ... but the ML deal is done and its timeframe is finite (By DRC Law) as all criteria are met already.

Its a fait accompli.
