“These clowns” have been on the receiving end of imperial expansion, theft of natural resources, corruption, and poverty over a couple of centuries.
“These clowns” are trying hard to get their house in order to improve the lives of their citizens and rid themselves of corruption. It takes time.
Many here are/about to make serious amounts of money from “these clowns” - I reckon some humility is in order.
