One of the requirements for AZZVF promotion from "OTC Pink" to the "OTCQX" best market is:
Whatever regulatory compliance is adhered by the parent ASX: AVZ must be passed-through to AZZVF.
AVZ had hired a US law firm who undertakes and executes such compliance - completely, accurately and promptly.

Hence, AZZVF is in present trading halt.

I am also a US AZZVF invester (based out of India) since Nov. 2017, what a ride!
