Yea insider would be if they used the AVZ BFS itself directly, also Cantor released that report after they bought shares in AVZ and started coverage so i doubt they have been trading post that.

Id also add 10mtpa isn't actually that complicated Math wise and maybe just a few assumptions would need to be tweaked, but i would envision that Cantor was within +- 20% of what the AVZ number will be at 10mtpa.

While i say that we need to tamper expectations on the BFS itself setting it alight, that's not me saying that there isn't exciting newflow to come and that i believe AVZ should attract a premium in the market for its size, grade, expansion potential and more. I just think at a purely NPV based BFS valuation I only expect $1-1.50 to be shown as fair value.

I personally could see $1.50-2 range being achievable once we have kicked all this news out the door and moved on from the govt processes.
