Why do you think we lost anything?

The tribunal said two things

• A reference to a decision by ‘Le Tribunal de Grande Instance’ in the DRC (Tribunal Decision) in
respect of a claim by Dathomir Mining Resources SARL regarding the validity of a share
certificate and an extract of a shareholders’ registry from Dathcom (Dathomir Claim).

I.e we have no legal ownership - Yet we are recieving a mining license in a few days?

• A claim that Cominiere has transferred a 15% interest in Dathcom to Jin Cheng Mining Company
Limited (Cominiere Transfer Claim).

i.e. we didnt get a seat at the table to purchase this



We lost an opportunity to purchase an extra 15%, thats what the market tanked us on (in reality it used it to hit stop losses and convert shorts)
