If we get rid of CATH then we have 24% extra, so back to 75% ownership. If Zi Jin have acquired 15 % AVZ still has 75%. So then AVZ can hit up Zi Jin for 15 % of the costs which would mean AVZ needs to come up with 9% extra. Doable
