Yes. Disappointed a little bit but not too surprised.
In fact, some posters have cautioned (several months ago) that Zijin got the ML and was just mining and building infrastructure beside our tenant. Zijin’s subsidiary Jin Cheng was approaching DRC authority to acquire 15% interest of our project.
However, I was laughing at that time, because some posters emailed Neil who said it has been sorted out.
Now, it looks like a real legal challenge, given that Jin Cheng appears in DRC official document as a shareholder of Dathcom.
