a nasty piece of work by Cominiere! it's absolutely standard practice to have pre-emptive rights to existing JV holders and a sale can only be agreed , if a third party pays above the existing JV partners/partner offer. if a third party offer is excepted the JV seller must notify the existing JV partner and once again the JV partner can match this offer and awarded the %. it smells of the former GOV and I highly presume this will be sorted out as AVZ is in good light the current GOV.
