I think thats spot on M8.

Personally I reckon I could live with the 51% ownership as it stands now post Cath deal as thats how we were valued Mcap wise for months now. That is 51% plus an "option only" of further 15%. So Losing the option effectively should have only a small affect on the mcap of AVZ. We only lost the option to get it we had not paid for it yet so very little value intrinsically attached, that is until its exercised.
