Again, if anyone can explain what the hold up is with the CATH deal given there are no condition left to satisfy then that would be good. Either they are still waiting for the ML (even though they waived that claim) or they are still confirming Dathcom ownership. They’re my two guesses.

For that raise there is no mention of escrow on the proposed issue of securities and is noted as NO.

Any escrow agreement is obviously price sensitive once the escrow is over and the market would need to be informed of any deal in this regard.
