    Several articles suggest that Zijin has paid Cominier a deposit fee of 5million USD to secure that 15% share of Manono.
    The total acquisition fee for a 15% share, offered by Cominier, is 33 million USD.
    Zijin has signed off the deal and accepted this acquisition cost.
