Reading between the lines, this means that even if for some unfathomable reason Dathomir is successful at getting back their 15% after AVZ had paid them US$21m in according to the sales purchase agreement, AVZ will still owns minimum 51%. What does this means? It means that AVZ will not proceed with the 24% CATL deal unless the company is 100% certain that they fully and legally own 15% from Dathomir. If there is even 0.000000001% doubt about this, the 24% sales will not happen and max AVZ will be prepare sell to CATL absolutely is 14% to ensure 51% majority.

There is absolutely no chance that AVZ is willing to let go of majority control.
