    Nigel stated in the interview that he will provide an update on equity structure at the CT conference Tuesday, so I'm expecting an Ann tomorrow or Tuesday. Predicting AVZ secure the additional 10 or 15% and put all this crap to rest. In the German interview, didn't sound like a MD that was stressed or concerned with all the speculation floating around.
