A very naive statement from non holder. AVZ announcements regarding the acquisition of 15% ownership from Dathomir is not what AVZ "think". These announcements are fact, backed up by legal documents sales purchase agreement, share certificates registered with DRC court and consideration of US$21 being paid to Dathomir.

Another ignorant statement. You know that to grant the ML the DRC gov needs to approve ESIA, gives technical approval of DFS, plus HEPP approval etc right? As Dathcom is only a shell, who do you think is accountable for furnishing and executing all these....Also, do you think the DRC gov will hand out ML to dathcom and big talk about DRC battery council without clear understanding of who behind Dathcom can bring their vision to live? Sure, there's corruption in DRC, but please Felix and co more respect.
