That is what I am alluding too. AVZ's Ann states it has paid Dathomir and now owns the shares outright, meaning at worst following the CATH deal AVZ will own 51% of Dathcom. The shares have actually been transferred is what the Ann implies. So if Dathmir is complaining, what they are complaining about is they sold the shares too cheap which has no basis in law, full stop is my point. The 36% ownership raised is just nonsense if shares have been physically transferred and payment made which the Ann suggests has occurred.

So the only issue is whether AVZ owns 51% or 66% after the CATH.

When the market wakes up I see shorters covering positions and the SP heading back north. Personally I expect shorters to cover position this coming week is my point. AVZ IMO should just pull the trigger Monday and state it clearly been they already own the shares from Dathomir and have paid for them and therefore are now theirs in Dathcom. For me taht is the key not Zijin as that allows CATH to proceed and bluntly keeps AVZ as the majority holder in Dathcom.
