@donegaldemon I'm not sure they are in a legal dispute with AVZ ; reason being is that supposed transfer of 15% which is being called a sandal in DRC, is clearly being put under the microscope by the IGF / DRC; so this article which claims they are 'locking horns' with AVZ , whilst omitting all the other stuff seems very odd indeed...

what are these guys (Zijin) doing ? ...walking past all the other entities / individuals asking questions and saying they want to solely go legal at AVZ...is a case of national interest for DRC.., Cominiere are in the hot seat, so DRC isn't exactly going to say 'ye you guys fight it out by yourselves, don't mind about the backfall of $116m , its ok lads
