Yep this is Zijing Propaganda 101....put out a news release but not a HKSE announcement...lower key and less strength when it comes to being interrogated or potentially used in evidence against them...in other words just repeating what others have said.
AVZ do not have a legal issue with Zijin.
Zijin do not have a legal issue with AVZ.
AVZ have a legal issue with Cominiere and the their breach of the Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement.
The legal issue is centered on Cominiere and its Directors. The Directors of Cominiere and their association with Simon Cong and the money flow between these entities is where the legal issue is.
AVZ have 75% ownership of Dathcom...that is solid as AVZ have stated in numerous ASX announcements.
Nige is switched on.....knows the players.....been dealing with them since 2016. He will be very confident of his stated position in his interview last week knowing all of the information and history and his relationship with DRC Govt Ministers and Cominiere and Dathomir.
I am sure ASX and ASIC are keeping a very close eye on this and are also asking questions of clarification from AVZ.....so when we get the update......it will have had very close scrutiny from the company secretaries, lawyers, ASX and ASIC before we see it
