Here is VW Group

The starred locations are their manufacturing plants around Germany but there are many around Europe and the world.
The red area is the location CATL is looking to build their plant but might be necessary to build it on the river somewhere. The Elbe River (large river with lots of traffic exiting Hamburg,which I mentioned in a previous post)is a distance from state of Thuringia and I'm not sure that meets their needs?
