Avz purchased the first 5 percent from the drc
Reducing their holding from 30 to 25
Dathomir remained at 10 percent- its oringal
Holding-
Avz went on to Describe this shareholding but needs to clear up who it entered into agreements with in the description I have followed
Avz go on to say this 5 percent is approved in meeting and reduce the governments shareholding by 5 percent to 25 and leave Dathomir at 10 percent
THERE SEEMS TO HE AN ERROR IN SOME DESCRIPTIONS IN THE first part of OPTION AGREEMENTS FOR THE FIrst 5 percent
following is acquisition agreement
Avz 60 percent
Drc 30 percent
Dathomir 10 percent
Following that
options agreement for 5 percent
Note the description who they are entering into agreement Dathomir yet they say it’s approved and government are reduced from 30-25
Dathomir stays at 10 percent
Avz need to Clarify this announcements- maybe there were some round Robin where dathomir bought 5 percent off government and Avz bought that 5 percent off Dathomir or the description was wrong
either way- Avz said it had a meeting - the 5 percent was approved and registered etc
following that
Avz starts describing shareholding
Avz60 plus 5 option
Drc 30-25
Dathomir 10 percent
Following that
Avz entered into an agreement to purchase Dathomir a 10 percent
It then raised capital and said it settled- registered everything etc
meaning
Avz 75 percent
Drc 25 percent
Dathomir 0 percent
well spotted as descriptions from the 5 percent seem To be wrong in part of the announcements
or perhaps 5 percent had been purchased by Dathomir from drc and Avz bought it
either way 75 Avz 25 drc

To be incorrectly described -

sure Dathomir can’t sell 10 percent( the amount used in the 10 percent option to Avz- if it was described as the seller of 5 percent in the previous option as it wouldn’t have had that amount to sell
it was the government that sold the first 5 percent as per the shareholding descriptions but the transaction seems
To have been paid to Dathomir
Avz need to clear this up-
