So why don't you stop posting crap and wait until the next ann you allude to? Most assume the suspension will be extended at this rate, so maybe that will keep you silent a touch longer. Why do you choose to sit in this forum and reply to be ppl if in fact you're waiting for Friday?

Until then you can bare in mind these facts that we all know:

-AVZ, not Zijin was chosen by the DRC government to sign a pledge for the battery hub, for numerous reasons.
-CATL(CATH) also just had a working session with the DRC government in relation to the battery hub
-Zijin have been in and out of court all over the world and also found guilty of bribery before, the DRC are well aware of this.
-The IGF report is now with the DRC government showing Cominiere/Zijin/Dathomir violations of legal provisions in giving 5% to Dathomir for free(no doubt a bribe involved) and also 15% to Zijin at a ridiculous discount which also involved the Cominiere officials stealing $6.8m(for snacks) of what they decided to put on the books.
-AVZ has said time and time again that they are in talks with the government to buy the 15%. Obviously only just recently has it now come to the attention of the government via the IGF report that crooks in Cominiere have done some backdoor illegal deals which no doubt the government are working on a remedy behind closed doors. One can only assume this will involve prosecutions and a revoking of any share certificates that were awarded in the this fraud.


Other than that you can also bare this in mind until the next official announcement (you wont even need to comment in AVZ threads if the suspension is extended and you indeed are just awaiting the facts). This is all now in the hands of the government to continue fixing the fraud in their mining industry(including in-house frauds who are easily bribed), but you can bet the government aren't pulling AVZ into a pledge for a battery hub and in the last 24hrs also pulling in CATL for discussions, while not even mentioning the name Zijin or Dathomir once let alone meeting to discuss with them, and also constantly progressing the negotiations for the 15% purchase and just giving the decree for the mining licence, so it's very clear how this is going to go down eventually if you're truly keeping an eye on the big picture and not just trying to be shady by trying to call Zjin/Cominiere/Dathomirs fraud 'legal'.
