Which was that the PE issuance to be stalled, pending a review of Dathcom SA.
Reading between the lines in the old article and this fresh one, it appears that the ML/PE has gone ahead, and they have realised they cannot change that.
But the thing they can change (hopefully) is what actions Cominiere has taken.
