Something from left field, and I’m not sure if legally it’s doable…. But.

what if during the arbitration or negotiations, Nigel offers to buy Zijin’s 15% back off them (assuming they have legal claim to it). Offer what they were going to offer Comminere…if it was $150m then so be it, we were going to pay it anyway, we get their 15%, Zijin make a tidy profit and order is restored….We’d come out a winner?… so do Zijin, but who cares…they’ve manipulated a huge windfall… but AVZ still in the box seat.

Swallow our pride, concede (right or wrong) that we were outmaneuvered, albeit it through deceit and flawed ethics … but keep the eyes on Q4 2023 when we’re producing the monster!

it obviously sounds outrageous, and Nigel would have to fall on his sword to a degree... but it may be a way to just keep the ball rolling.

just a thought. I’m long long on AVZ and will continue to be.

(note* I'm aware as an non poster on AVZ, my ideas or opinion carry zero weight... but I am a regular trawler and onlooker, just had a thought.)
