Guys we currently own 75% and Cominere 25%.

Of the Cominere’s stake, 15% was illegally obtained by Zijin.

Regardless how this plays out we still own 75%l

After we give CATH 24% we then own 51%

Zijin will need to give up the 15% and AVZ has first right of refusal so therefore AVZ will purchase the 15% at it’s true worth. The government will not be short changed!

AVZ will then have ownership of 66%. CATH 24% and Cominere 10%
