Because I'm interested in sovereign risk relative to Australian projects, how different companies manage and report it, and how shareholders perceive it. I got out of AVZ a few months ago - in at 33 cents out in the 90s on the rise because of their failure to communicate sensibly on the ML and things didn't seem quite right. Personally I think while Nige was lockdown in Perth a lot of squeaky wheels were being greased by the Chinese and Nige couldn't hear the squeaking. It pays to be in the same country as your project.
