The halt is lifted when the announcement that the halt was for is released. If you look at h00ts chronological list, you can see this occurred. The company was in normal status this morning, all ready to go for the normal open and then we had that "notice received" at 9.59 which is why we are not trading. We are still waiting for that announcement.

Just for future reference - sometimes companies release non-related announcements while in a halt and they won't lift the halt for those, just for the announcement that the halt was put in place for. Not applicable for us but it happens sometimes.
