AVZ need to buy the 15% from DRC government-run company cominiere. This can't happen until mining License sorted. Selling before this is illegal (according to DRC mining code) and goes against the agreement between the 2 companies (AVZ guaranteed first crack).


This is why Jingen claim will fail, they did not have the right to make an offer and corrupt cominiere peeps pocketed the initial deposit money. (personally I suspect that they never thought the project would progress this far, but it did and now they are exposed as corrupt).
