If Cominiere holds 15% after the mining license drops, they will have to pay 15 +1.5 (of the 10% of the Government free carried holding) = 16.5% of the development costs.
I don't think that is their intention.
Their main aim, as history suggests, is to rip the system off, not to put 16.5% 0f US$750 million on the table to develop Manono lithium and Tin project.

So the new leadership of Cominière will sell their holding in Dathcom, as always was the plan.
I don't think the position of the current director of Cominière is tenable in the future, after what has been uncovered by the IGF.
Selling out your country for personal gain, could be considered high treason.
I don't know if this fool ever considered that.
