You are correct, it is the issuance of the Mining Licence that is the holdup as defined by the voluntary suspension.

As you have tabled, I also believe its the calculation around Service Rights (including boundaries). Once this is completed and agreed then paid for then the ML can get issued.

The other element is that there needs to be a minimum controlling interest of 51% which AVZ has and exceeds.

ZiJin in my opinion is not relevant.
