BoD approved Early Works Program of $19mil in Feb 2022.

June Quarterly showed expenditure of $10.243mil without any explanation on what this amount was made up of. I would like to know what that $10mil was spent on.

An additional amount of $821k was spent on plant, property and equipment, and presumably the bulk of this amount was purchase of the crane and transport to site.

BoD approved infill Drilling of $6mil and this contractor mobilised late June and started early July. So they are definitely in possession of some early site results from Pappy the onsite Geo. If we werent suspended and things in limbo we would definitely have had news on this by now.

Clearly AVZ withholding news so it doesnt give Comminiere and Dathomir more to claim. But also provides a note of assurance and confidence by AVZ in their strength of position to continue to spend shareholders funds and move the project forward while they deal with the shenanigans of the sour JV partners.
