    dont forget klaus is the chairman of amani gold which peter huljich is a director, hence why peter's resignation from avz was good news.

    klaus is also the ceo of ajn resources which nigel ferguson resigned from as a director in May 2022 to focus on manono.

    both above entities operate in the DRC...minimising conflict of interest is paramount!!!
