    Is Monday the cutoff to remain in the ASX200? I can't find any definitive answer to this.

    An extension of 1 week would be ideal, it would imply that things are very close differentiated from the previous 2 week extensions and hopefully avoid the red Monday coming across the board from the poor Friday in the US.
