Hi burger,

AVZ is currently in suspension at present till 1/9/22.

CATH deal is on the back burner till 30/9/22.

I don't know if people think that is a mistake.
It would say, there is very a valuable reason for that.

And hedge funds covering shorts, they might have to do that off market, dunno if they can.
Not really my problem.

Will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
One would say there could be some wild gyrations when AVZ starts trading again.
How it gyrates depends completely on the company announcements when the suspension is lifted.

However never forget, it is not AVZ's fault that people, regardless who they are, short AVZ.
The risk of that gamble is on the shoulders of the shorters, not AVZ.
