I reckon it's a great thing that the judge is taking more time to review the case. If you are pinned up against the wall and being cavity searched but you've done nothing wrong, then it won't bother you (besides the finger up ur a$$), but if you've got holes in your story then that's the last thing you're going to want. I also think it's less likely bribes are being involved in this case cause the judge would've just ruled against AVZ straight away, the last thing a corrupt judge would want is more of a spotlight on them when they announce their decision.
