This was always the case, well for some time since Cong decided he wants back the shares in Dathcom he sold, now Im guessing he's tried bribing the judge(again) to get $50m and his shares back, surely there will be turmoil in the government if the judge rules in Dathomirs favour, Felix's hand will be forced. Felix has been parading AVZ around as the only minerals company asked to sign governments battery hub pledge, ML decree given, government in negotiations to sell 15% from Cominiere to AVZ, Felix meeting face to face with CATH/CATL to help with the battery hub, then total and absolute corruption pissing all over Felix/AVZ's/CATH parade, now here we are 4 months suspended, Zijin tried stealing 15%, CAMI refusing to give the ML, CATH sitting in limbo with 8months of extensions on the TIA theyve signed, and Dathomir going back to court to claim $50m and there shares back.....its all coming to a head
