in reality I believe no-one knows who the beneficial owner of Dathomir Mining Resources really is, not even sure how they can operate like that or make a claim in court
and yeah as Hedrox quote just pointed out how are Dathomir even making a claim if they in fact already won a court case, seems they actually own nothing and AVZ were correct in claiming a supposed previous verdict in Dathomirs favour had no foundation in law

to add to that, Cominiere's hypocrisy is off the bloody charts, they say" -we are negotiating to sell 15% to AVZ -Dathomir's 15% sale to AVZ was not right and even if it was we(Cominiere) were meant to get 1/3rd(5%) of it if it was -we sold 15% to Zijin for $33m and spent $5+m on snacks and now Zijin handed it back and letting us keep the snacks -AVZ's DFS was not up to scratch so CAMI cant award the ML -the list goes on
Felix needs to burn Cominiere down with blazing fire and resurrect it with sane non-paper bag snacking public servants
