    My understanding is that it's $50m USD and 15% share certificates transfer torn up (see Obe's post). Also, $50m payable by Dathcom means AVZ pays $37.5m USD and Cominiere $12.5m. Think Govt is going to hand over $12.5m to Cong? Amazing such an open and shut case is taking this long. Using a bit of common sense could have this case thrown out in a few hours.
