So Simon wants more than was originally agreed…. That’s an open and shut case in itself …. But he’s also calls up Walbulasa and Johnson as frausters , that’s another part that needs to be cleared from a tribunal tag point .

So yes worse case scenario , would be that Dathcom would need to pay $50 I.e AVZ at 75% pays $35m and the state 15m …. But hard to see tbh

the question still remains. Where is the $27m?
