Well that's another one ...remember that 5% Cominerie apparently lent Dathomir ; well Dathomir didn't see it as a 'lend'....Dathomir looking for $$ on something they apparently never owned but sold anyway .... yes yes, you couldn't make this shlt up ; anyway dathomir is claiming the $$$ from 'Dathcom' (AVZ / COM / DRC)....behind that is a spagetti bowl with some 'WTF' toppings

Another extension ...... what's the betting that with the Sept 1st deadline breached, that this thing will pop out of suspension and some grubs over in the DRC will be overjoyed that they at least got one over the shoulder shot in at AVZ after this unnecessary mess cause by some DRC / Chinese maggots wanted something huge for nothing.

Shorts unlikely to burn IMO, compulsory sale along with short coverings , of which given the short numbers and that those numbers never seemed to move much regardless of where the price action was; were likely belonged to a ASX200 type fund on the hedge. They will need to cover of course, but there will also be those compulsory sales , so some churn before seeing where it lands imo
