Regarding long term off takes, blessing and a curse. Given smart money says deficit till ~2030, any long term agreements need to build in some (hopefully a lot) of the upside.... being locked into 2k/t to a JV partner (just a number plucked out of the air) if the going rate is over 5k and spot price is 7k is not great.... unless there is some consideration around processing/converting the balance and making it saleable on market.
Come on management get us home!!!! I am seeing too much green across the board to have this monster caged up so long.
